Easter Ross Business Park - planning permission granted and open for business

Easter Ross Business Park, situated just off the A9 at Alness, and owned by Pat Munro has today been granted planning permission. It offers over 32 acres of prime development land  and flexible space for industrial purposes, offices or dedicated yard space.

Brian Munro, MD, commented: "It is tremendous that the Park is open for business and we look forward to welcoming new occupiers to this fantastic site. We have been really pleased with the level of interest so far, and put this down to a number of factors including the parks superb location right by the A9 arterial route and its ability to provide a bespoke deal for businesses. "

The business park development has been welcomed by development agency, Highlands and Islands Enterprise (HIE). Susan Addison, Head of Business Growth with HIE, said:  "Suitable business sites and premises are crucial to a successful region. The new business park at Alness will help attract new businesses into the area as well as facilitate the expansion of local firms."
