As an extension of our general civil engineering activities, we have established a separate department dealing with the installation and repair of utility services. Through time we have developed a network of experienced utility teams, specialising in the quick and efficient completion of all types of utility works, whether it be installation of new services or upgrading of existing service.

Dedicated teams are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist the electricity, water and gas utility companies maintain their services. Our in-house quarrying, plant hire and haulage facilities ensure that any requirement can be full-filled at any-time of the day or night, with the minimum of notice.

Utility teams are trained in the importance of customer and public relations, as they are likely to be undertaking sensitive works with a high degree of contact with the public.

We have the resources at out disposal to ensure that we can mobilise at short notice and outwith normal hours. This is important to many of our existing clients. Our key assets include:
