HGV Driver (Road Brush/Tipper/Mixer)

Core Functions of Role:
- Driving of the Road Brush Vehicle
As a primarily Road Brush vehicle driver (but may also include Mixer/Tipper Lorries on occasion), your duties will include:
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks
- Effectively carry out Road Sweeping activities
- Completion of all necessary paperwork daily & weekly
- Report any vehicle defects
- Changing of road sweeping brushes as required
- Flexibility to drive different vehicles/materials as and when required
- Adhering to all health & safety requirements
You will also be expected to ensure that all operations are carried out in line with UK and EU laws and regulations. These govern vehicle safety, driver hours, and customer’s requirements.

Applicant Qualities
The successful applicant will ideally have the following skills, qualities & experience:-
- C License
- Driver Qualification Card
- Digital Tacograph Card
- Road Brush experience would be preferable, but training will be given
- Must be able to perform tasks such as the changing of brushes, involving bending and lifting
- Flexible approach to work as driving different types of vehicle/delivering a variety of materials will be expected
