Position Details
This is a Permanent, full-time position working within our Quarries Department. The position is based at our Caplich facilities although you will be expected to work at other quarries at the company’s discretion.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced worker looking for progression.
Principal Job Responsibilities
Under this position you will be required to operate and maintain, the following plant:
- Ready Mix concrete batch plants
- Operate and maintain asphalt plants and equipment
- Monitoring equipment performance and making necessary adjustments to ensure quality and optimal operation
- General maintenance of the Asphalt plant including troubleshooting
The above list is not exhaustive, and all work activities must be carried out safely and efficiently, ensuring the Companys Health, Safety, and Environmental policies are adhered to at all times.
The Applicant
The successful applicant will ideally have the following skills, qualities & experience:
- Full UK driving licence.
- Experience in concrete or asphalt production is highly beneficial, but not essential as full training will be given.
- The post requires the successful applicant to be willing to undertake training to achieve industry required standards.
