The proven ability of our workforce is equally well recorded in past contracts – large and small. We do not rely on sub-contractors or untried labour. On every project, we aim to have our own people on the ground – experienced staff who are reliable, skilled and confident.

To ensure this, we invest in the tools – from software to bulldozers – that our people need to do the job, and we put considerable emphasis on regular and rigorous training. This is not just talk – the commitment from management is real. We provide high levels of safety training for all personnel, and through our in-house training facility we offer technical training to recognised vocational standards.
