We understand the importance of customer care and each contract is assessed, in conjunction with the client, to establish the level of response required to ensure that the public are fully aware of any potential disruption. Key personnel are given responsibility for customer liaison – including the management of advance publicity, enquiries and complaints. Any complaints are documented and passed to senior management for action.

This emphasis on customer care is one of the keys to our success. In addition, the successful delivery of major projects is a combination of experience and planning, it demands technical expertise and a positive attitude. It requires contractor and client to come together to explore new ways of working.
